相信Amazon亚马逊书城再大也不可能将天下所有的书都囊括其中，特别是还有一些属于个人的文档，如果想要用Kindle来阅读这的话就必须转换Kindle能支持的格式。目前Kindle对word、html都无法支持，txt也不甚理想。好在Amazon有这个通过电邮来自动转换文件格式的服务。今天Kindle群里有人问如何操作，现在此总结一下。

首先必须具备：

1. Amazon Kindle 阅读器（带3G或wifi）
2. Amazon 帐号（免费注册，此帐号同上面的Kindle阅读器已相互绑定）
3. 个人电子邮件帐号（例如 yourname@hotmail.com）

然后前往 http://www.amazon.com ，

1. 登陆帐号，到 Your Account > Manage Your Kindle 。
2. 到 Your Kindle(s) 里 Edit Info 。
   
3. 自定义一个@Kindle.com地址，这也是对应Kindle阅读器的唯一地址。
   
4. 添加允许发送文件到@kindle.com的个人电邮地址。
   
   这里我添加有四个邮箱，这样的好处是，我无论哪个电邮收到需要转换的附件，都可以直接转发到@kindle.com。
5. 登陆第4步在Amazon添加过的个人电邮，将需要转换的文档已附件的形式发送到在第3步自定义的@kindle.com邮箱。数分钟内，个人电邮将收到来自 Amazon Kindle Support 的电邮，邮件里包含已经转换好的.azw文档格式下载链接。

收费服务和免费服务的区别：

• @kindle.com 收费，如果文档发到这个地址，开启3G无线的Kindle会收到下载提醒，下载按流量收费。
• @free.kindle.com 免费，如果发到这里，转换后的文件通过电邮提醒并下载。如果是Kindle3，wifi开启状态下，会自动将转好的.azw文档发送到Kindle里。如果是无wifi版的 Kindle2 或者 DXi，那需进邮箱下载到电脑后再通过USB数据线存Kindle。

补充：

• 中英文文档皆可转换，英文文档转换成.azw格式后支持Kindle内置的文本语音朗读。
• 已知的自动转换支持文件格式有，doc、docx、txt、html 和大部分图片格式。
• 同时转换多个文档，可在一封邮件内以多个附件形式发送到@free.kindle.com，稍后将会收到多份单独转换好的文档。
• 转换的电邮不填写标题和正文内容也可以，只要将待转换文件附件附上。
• 转换时间会根据文件的大小略有不同。
• 不支持转换PDF扫描版这样的文件。

I went to the supermarket with my friends yesterday. We are going to camping on a little mountain far from the city this weekend. We went shopping for something to eat and stuff for the outdoors. We bought some water, fast food, tends and cooking utensils. I am so excited and looking forward to it.
